MRRSIDRis a racer run non profit LLC based in Michigan. We operate on all volunteer help, coming from either the community or from racers who do it for the love of the sport. The locations we race at plow the track and put up the necessary safety barriers required by both our Insurance Carrier and the DNR. . The racers set up the required equipment to run the race and control results. The race surface is ice and the race track length is 660 ft. We require all our tracks to have an additional 1200 ft to 1500 ft of smooth shut down area. To run our races we use a 4 lane Porta Tree System that gives all the racers information after a run like reaction time, 60 foot Et and Total Et. We operate on 100% entry fee payback to the racers in all but three Trophy/ Plaque Class categories. Currently for the most part we race at the Big 9 Sportsmans Club in Pulaski Mi. (About 20 miles SW of Jackson) We have traveled around the state in the past but have found an excellent home track at the Big 9. The Big 9 features a wonderful club house that overlooks the track and they serve great food and drink during our events. Spectators are able to watch from track side or from the comforts of the warm glassed in viewing area inside the club. Our Spectator following is huge at our events due to this family friendly facility and we invite you to come check us out this winter.

The MRRSIDR series is run series similar to the ISR type drag racing class format. But we incorporate classes that allow the local community sled owners to come out and not have to necessarily run against our level of competition. However they can enter any class they wish to provided their equipment meets the class rules. . We feel this grows the sport for the future by allowing potential new racers to get involved in racing at a minimal cost. Each day we offer 47 separate classes. Besides the normal type of classes, we include classes like Unstudded, Trail Sled 1 thru 3, Vintage 1 thru 4 , Outlaw 1 thru 4 ( which leaves the door open for lake racers) and Heavy Mod Stock.1 & 2.( For the shall we say larger racers) Almost all of the biggest names in Snowmobile Ice Drag Racing here in Michigan attend our races. You will see world class equipment and watch several current and past World Series Champions compete. For 2008 were getting bigger and stronger so check back on this site for updates.
